Women's Health and Importance of Investment in Longevity and Economic Contribution

Brain Berries - she had me at 'brain berries' as Lucinda Miller, Founder, NatureDoc will forever be responsible for re-naming blueberries in my dictionary at the Women's Longevity Summit organised by Miss Claire Mellon & Associates at the Royal Kennel Club, London recently.

As a series of experts put the spotlight on the unique factors that shape women's aging trajectories and provided evidence based strategies to strengthen long term health and as such economic contribution this was an inspiring and informative conference.

Dr Sally Harris, Director HCA UK, had kindly invited Annabel Abell, Customer Services Director, Coventry Building Society and I to this inspiring event and it was a privilege to be part of the select audience of incredible women.

Other key stand outs for me were: -

* Sian Sutherland, Founder A Plastic Planet who spoke so articulately and passionately about the invasive toxicity of plastics and presented the potential future 'A plastic free world'

*  Rhian Stephenson, CEO Artah, evidenced how important muscle health is for women's longevity

*  Lara Lewington, BBC presenter & Author - encouraged us to use and leverage AI for our benefit rather than shy away from technical advances it can help us create competitive advantages by 'Hacking Humanity'
