Professional Track Record
Jane’s corporate career saw her progress through the HR ranks to HR Director in both FMCG and Retail businesses, holding Generalist roles as well as Specialist ones in OD & Talent. She’s headed up functions and teams of up to 25 people.
Since leaving corporate life, Jane has worked as a Consultant in Executive Search and Assessment, as an Executive Coach, Coach / Mentor and Outplacement Practitioner. She has also co-built and led two successful businesses.
She’s been a Judge and Chair of Judging at the UK Employee Experience Awards and UK Business Awards.
