An authority with over 20 years as a specialist in the Human Capital space Sarah has enjoyed a career spanning a wide range of senior corporate positions prior to starting her own business five years ago.

An expert head-hunter with an impressive track record of success in hiring talent and leadership, fresh and current she is insightful, driven, and well liked; she has a reputation for retaining clients as they develop their own careers.

As a coach her expertise is in working with talent at pivotal points in their careers to help them explore, test and understand what is possible and work a route to fulfil their potential and achieving their career ambitions.

Sarah has worked with the boards of major businesses recruiting across the spectrum of roles and industries. She has a natural coaching style which she has formalised to support individuals transitioning in their careers and / or helping them fulfil their potential in current roles and organisations.

 

Experience

She worked in retail and publishing before joining JCR, a boutique recruitment company. Consultancy roles at MSL, WhiteheadMann/GKR and Director of ResourceBank followed before launching HopkinsLongworth Ltd. HopkinsLongworth combines an integrated partnership approach with clients and candidates to deliver competitive advantage via critical human capital.

Active on the Association of Executive Recruiters committee and contributed to – ‘How to lead, inspire and retain your people’; in addition Sarah has been a Non-Executive Director of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (the UK professional body for recruitment).

Also a member of the Women and Work All Parliamentary Group and contributor to the Hampton-Alexander Review on FTSE Women Leaders on improving gender balance in FTSE Leadership.
