Not Happy New Year - This is normally the time when I write jolly 'Happy New Year' greetings

However, that does not feel appropriate in the current climate.

More like 'Well done for getting here and hang on in there'!

2021 has not started as might have wished but as we reflect on the things we learnt during a time of challenge and threat in 2020 we recognise the future is bright.

Having long been an advocate of responding to customer needs we found ourselves in the epi-centre of a business re-design to focus on what we could do to help support clients as the global pandemic hit us hard.

As a result of our resolve, experience and training our Outplacement and Career Coaching offer has seen significant growth.

This has provided us with a hugely rewarding area to work in and seeing clients develop has filled us with a great sense of worth and satisfaction.

We have not forgotten our Executive Search roots and continue to provide this service with pleasure, but our Executive Coaching has gained prominence and recognition which we are proud of.

As such we can describe ourselves as a true full-service Career Consultancy.

Would I have predicted this twelve months ago?  Most unlikely but I am delighted that we have got here and that we can look forward positively.

So whilst not as jolly as normal we are here enjoying what we are doing and delighted to have a purpose and provide our services.
