HopkinsLongworth launches Fast Start Outplacement Programme

In response to the current crisis we have evolved our traditional Outplacement / Career Coaching Programme and devised a Fast Start Outplacement Programme to help people get 'job market ready' in their search for employment.

Its a flexible and cost-effective solution delivered remotely by video technology.

The Fast Start Outplacement Programme includes a fixed number of hours with an experienced Career Coach / Outplacement Consultant via Zoom or Teams.  The sessions are completely bespoke and tailored to the needs of the individual Delegate.

We are finding that, in the curent climate, most Delegates are opting for CV review or complete CV re-write to get their job searches kicked off.  Some need help with LinkedIn Profiles or Personal Branding, identifying career options, or a Go-to-Market Strategy.

We then typically move onto Interview preparation and practice or support through Assessment processes.

In addition to the 1:1 sessions, we give each Delegate a Workbook to help them identify skills, strengths, achievements and career drivers.  Plus access to additional support materials and 'how to' guides.
